25Grams is an eclectic bakery that crafts soulful bespoke cakes and desserts. Headed by founder & baker Nicole, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu ('08), we bring together the perfect blend of freshly baked desserts with a personal touch of custom tailoring for your special occasions. Why're we called 25Grams Bakery? Our humble start began back in 2014 as an online bakery for mini cupcakes for events. And these little gems weigh 25grams before frosting. Today, we bake cupcakes, cakes, and lots of vegan desserts that weigh a lot more than 25grams and definitely pack a punch!
